Amir surpasses Bhuvneshwar with 25 maiden overs in T20s cricket.

Karachi: Fast bowler Mohammad Amir has broken Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s record for the most maiden overs in T20 cricket. Playing for Antigua and Barbuda Falcons in the Caribbean T20 League, Mohammad Amir surpassed Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s record of 24 maiden overs, and now holds third place globally with 25 maiden overs.

The record for the most maiden overs is currently held by Sunil Narine, with 30, while Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan is in second place with 26 maiden overs. At the age of 32, fast bowler Mohammad Amir continues to deliver outstanding performances in domestic T20 formats. He has taken 347 wickets in 302 matches, and in the ongoing Caribbean T20 League, he has taken five wickets in seven matches.
