Islamabad, August 15, 2025: Pakistan has strongly condemned and rejected recent statements by Israel referring to the creation of a so-called “Greater Israel” and alleged plans to forcibly displace Palestinians from Gaza, the Foreign Office said on Friday.

In an official statement, the Foreign Office described the remarks as “provocative” and a “flagrant violation” of international law, the UN Charter, and relevant UN resolutions.

“These statements reflect the occupying power’s intention to entrench its illegal occupation and its complete contempt for international efforts to achieve lasting peace and stability in the region,” the statement read.

Pakistan urged the international community to “outrightly reject” such notions and to take immediate, tangible measures to prevent further regional destabilisation. It also called for urgent steps to end Israel’s “ongoing crimes and atrocities” against the Palestinian people.
