Ashgabat, October 10,2024- President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, has arrived in Turkmenistan for a two-day official visit. Upon his arrival at Ashgabat Airport, he was warmly received by Turkmenistan’s Deputy Prime Minister, Batyr Amanov, who also presented flowers to the Pakistani leader.
During his visit, President Zardari is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at the international forum marking the 300th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s national poet, Makhdum Quli Faraghi. He will also hold meetings with senior Turkmen leadership to discuss matters of mutual interest.
