Rawalpindi, September 17, 2025: The hearing of the Toshakhana II case against jailed former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, scheduled to be held at Adiala Jail on Thursday, has been postponed.

According to court staff, Imran Khan’s legal team was informed of the postponement, with a fresh date for the hearing expected to be announced at the Judicial Complex, Islamabad. No official reason was cited for the delay.

The Toshakhana II case concerns allegations that Khan and his wife failed to properly declare and retain gifts received during his premiership, a matter that has already sparked heated legal and political battles. In earlier proceedings, both Khan and Bushra Bibi were indicted, and the case has been closely monitored given its political implications.

The former premier has been serving multiple sentences in Adiala Jail, while his wife Bushra Bibi has also been facing parallel accountability proceedings. The Toshakhana saga remains one of the most prominent legal challenges confronting the PTI leadership.
