Dubai, September 24, 2025: Bangladesh won the toss and opted to field first against India in a high-stakes ACC Men’s T20 Asia Cup 2025 Super Four clash at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.

The Tigers were dealt a blow ahead of the contest as their regular skipper Litton Das was ruled out due to a side strain. Jaker Ali has taken over captaincy duties for this crucial fixture.

India enjoy a commanding head-to-head record in the format, with 16 wins in 17 T20Is against Bangladesh, who have managed just a single victory.

Both teams enter the encounter with strong form. India are on a six-match winning streak, while Bangladesh have recorded four victories in their last five outings, setting up a competitive battle in Dubai.
