Peshawar, October 22,2024- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has announced that they reject the constitutional amendment and will block the entire country in protest.

Speaking to the media in Peshawar, he stated, “We do not accept the constitutional amendment and will protest against it. We will devise a major plan for the final protest and block the entire country.” He added that during the protests, people will continue demonstrating wherever they encounter barriers, as it won’t be possible for everyone to overcome the obstacles.

Gandapur further mentioned, “We will issue a call for protests, and people from across Pakistan will join. A meeting with Imran Khan is scheduled, and we will proceed towards Islamabad. Those who cannot join due to roadblocks will still be part of our protest. We will not end our demonstration until this government is removed.”

He also claimed that terrorism had ended during Imran Khan’s government, but with the arrival of the new government through a conspiracy, the situation in KP and across Pakistan has deteriorated. He blamed the current state of affairs on the policies of the new administration. Gandapur stated that efforts are being made to restore order, with police recruitment ongoing and resources being provided to them. He praised the sacrifices made by the police in this difficult time.
