Pakistan Ambassador meets University of Niš rector to boost educational cooperation

Belgrade, February 3, 2026: During his visit to the Serbian city of Niš, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Serbia, Faraz Zaidi, met with Mr. Jovan Stepanović, Rector of the University of Niš, to discuss opportunities for strengthening academic and educational ties between the two countries.

The discussions focused on potential institutional linkages, student exchange programs, and collaborative research and innovation initiatives.

The meeting underscored the Embassy’s commitment to deepening people-to-people connections and promoting partnerships with leading Serbian educational institutions, fostering long-term collaboration in higher education and research.
