Islamabad, March 10, 2026: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation on Tuesday with the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, to discuss the evolving situation in the Middle East and broader regional developments.
During the call, the two leaders exchanged views on the latest developments in the region and ongoing deliberations at the United Nations Security Council.
Dar shared Pakistan’s perspective on the situation and stressed the importance of continued coordination and diplomatic engagement to help ease tensions.
Both sides emphasized the need for sustained efforts to support de-escalation and promote peace and stability across the Middle East and the wider region.
The discussion comes amid heightened regional tensions, with diplomatic efforts intensifying at international forums to prevent further escalation.
