Lahore, March 23, 2026: Prominent cricketers from Australia and New Zealand have arrived in Pakistan to take part in the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League.
In a video released by Islamabad United, New Zealand cricketers Devon Conway and Mark Chapman were seen greeting fans in Urdu upon arrival at the airport. Chapman humorously addressed viewers, saying, “We are here, Sheroes.”
Meanwhile, Australian star Steve Smith has landed in Lahore to join Multan Sultans. Other international players including Tabraiz Shamsi, Josh Philippe, and Peter Siddle, along with coach Tim Paine, have also arrived in the country.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced major changes to the PSL 11 schedule. The tournament will now be held in only two cities and matches will be played without spectators as part of ongoing austerity measures.
PCB Chairman, in a recent press conference, apologized to fans for the adjustments and confirmed that ticket holders would be fully refunded.
