Islamabad, May 19, 2026: Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ahmed Farooq, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar on the sidelines of the Regional Envoys’ Conference in Islamabad.
During the meeting, the deputy prime minister appreciated the strong fraternal relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and stressed the importance of maintaining the positive momentum in bilateral engagement.
Mohammad Ishaq Dar emphasized the need to further expand cooperation across key sectors, including trade, investment, energy, and human resource development.
He also underscored the importance of continued engagement with the Pakistani community residing in the Kingdom, acknowledging their constructive role in further strengthening the close ties between the two brotherly countries.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Regional Envoys’ Conference being held in Islamabad.
