Yasir Irfan Gujjar appointed media coordinator of Rawalpindi High Court Bar

Rawalpindi, August 23, 2026: The High Court Bar Association (HCBA) Rawalpindi has appointed Yasir Irfan Gujjar, Advocate High Court, as its Media Coordinator with immediate effect, according to an official notification issued by the association.

The notification, issued by HCBA Rawalpindi Secretary General Qasim Mehmood Malik, said the appointment was made in recognition of Gujjar’s professional capabilities, commitment and dedication to the legal fraternity.

As Media Coordinator, Gujjar will be responsible for coordinating with print and electronic media, issuing official statements and press releases, and highlighting the initiatives, activities and welfare programmes of the HCBA Rawalpindi.

Following his appointment, Gujjar expressed gratitude to the executive body of the association for reposing confidence in his abilities through mutual consultation.

He extended particular appreciation to HCBA President Saeed Yousaf Khan and Secretary General Qasim Mehmood Malik for their support and trust.

Gujjar described the position as a “sacred trust” and an important responsibility, pledging to discharge his duties with integrity, dedication and sincerity.

He reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the dignity, honour and prestige of the HCBA Rawalpindi and said he would utilise his abilities and energies to promote a positive institutional image, ensure effective media representation and advance the welfare and rights of members of the legal fraternity.
