Islamabad, August 30, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar has extended heartfelt felicitations to the leadership, government and brotherly people of Türkiye on the auspicious occasion of the country’s 104th Victory Day.
In his message, Senator Ishaq Dar said Pakistan joined its Turkish brothers and sisters in celebrating the historic victory and paid tribute to the memory of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and all the heroes and martyrs of Türkiye’s War of Independence.
He also saluted the enduring spirit, courage and resilience of the Turkish nation.
The Deputy Prime Minister said Pakistan and Türkiye were bound by an exceptional bond of brotherhood, founded on mutual trust and deep-rooted affection between the peoples of the two countries.
He noted that bilateral relations between Pakistan and Türkiye had continued to evolve into a comprehensive and multifaceted partnership, encompassing a broad range of areas of mutual interest.
Senator Ishaq Dar expressed confidence that the historic bonds of friendship and brotherhood between Pakistan and Türkiye would continue to deepen and strengthen in the years ahead.
