Bishkek, September 1, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar met Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of State meeting in Bishkek on Tuesday.
The two foreign ministers discussed bilateral relations and regional developments and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.
The meeting was held as part of Pakistan’s diplomatic engagements on the sidelines of the SCO summit, where Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is leading the Pakistani delegation.
The two sides reaffirmed the importance of continued engagement and cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
