Islamabad, October 15,2026: Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Alisher Takhtaev, has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of innocent children in the collapse of a school roof in Peshawar.
In his condolence message, the ambassador described the incident as heartbreaking, saying that no words could adequately express the pain of parents who had lost their beloved children, the most precious treasure of their lives.
He said his thoughts and prayers were with the bereaved families and the brotherly people of Pakistan during this moment of profound sorrow. He reaffirmed Uzbekistan’s heartfelt solidarity with Pakistan and said his country shared the grief of the Pakistani people.
Ambassador Takhtaev prayed that Almighty Allah grant the departed children the highest ranks in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bless their parents and loved ones with patience, strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss.
He also extended his heartfelt condolences to the affected families and prayed for their fortitude in facing the tragedy.
