One soldier, Sepoy Arif ur Rehman, was martyred during the exchange of fire.

The operation was launched on December 10, targeting a terrorist hideout. According to the ISPR, troops engaged the terrorists effectively, recovering a significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives. The fallen soldier, 32-year-old Sepoy Rehman from Mansehra district, was hailed for his gallantry during the intense battle.
