Rawalpindi, December 11, 2024: Seven terrorists were killed, and a Pakistani soldier embraced martyrdom during two separate counter-terrorism operations in North Waziristan between December 10 and 11, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
In the first operation, security forces conducted an intelligence-based mission in the general area of Miran Shah after receiving reports of terrorist presence. The operation successfully neutralized four terrorists as Pakistani troops effectively engaged their location.
In a separate encounter in the Spinwam area, three more terrorists were eliminated following an intense exchange of fire. During this operation, Lance Naik Muhammad Amin fought valiantly but tragically embraced martyrdom.
Sanitization operations are ongoing in both areas to ensure any remaining threats are eliminated. The ISPR reaffirmed Pakistan’s determination to eradicate terrorism, emphasizing that the sacrifices of brave soldiers like Lance Naik Muhammad Amin only strengthen the nation’s resolve to combat this menace.
