GAZA, November 29, 2024- At least 29 people have been killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza since Thursday morning, according to reports by Al Jazeera.
Israeli fighter jets have launched an intense bombing campaign in the area, targeting residential buildings, mosques, and other public facilities.
One of the attacks struck a home sheltering displaced Palestinians, killing nine members of a single family. Another airstrike targeted a house belonging to the Dahdouh family, resulting in the deaths of at least five individuals.
Rescue efforts are ongoing, with reports from Al Jazeera Arabic stating that ambulance teams have recovered bodies of the Shraim family from the rubble, though the exact number of casualties remains unconfirmed.
