Dubai, March 26, 2025: Pakistan’s fast bowler Haris Rauf has made an impressive leap in the latest ICC Men’s T20I Bowling Rankings, soaring 11 spots to claim the 15th position with 632 rating points. His outstanding performances in the recent T20I series against New Zealand played a crucial role in this rise.

Haris Rauf showcased his brilliance with the ball, delivering back-to-back impactful spells of 3/27 and 3/29 in his last two matches. Over the course of four games, he picked up eight wickets at an exceptional average of 12.25, solidifying his reputation as Pakistan’s premier T20I bowler.

Another Pakistani pacer, Abbas Afridi, also made significant progress, climbing eight places to secure the 36th position following his strong performances in the series.

New Zealand’s Jacob Duffy has continued his remarkable rise in the bowling rankings. After jumping 23 places last week, he gained another five positions, securing the 5th spot with a career-best 694 rating points.

Duffy has been the standout bowler of the series, finishing as the leading wicket-taker with 13 scalps at an astonishing average of 8.38.

In the batting charts, New Zealand’s Mark Chapman surged 10 places to reach the 41st spot, following his explosive 94-run knock in the third T20I against Pakistan in Auckland.

Meanwhile, Michael Bracewell, who led New Zealand as stand-in T20I captain, climbed 12 places in the all-rounders’ rankings, moving up to the 14th position.

Despite these shifts, the top spots in the rankings remain unchanged. Australia’s Travis Head continues to hold the No. 1 position in T20I batting, while West Indies’ Akeal Hosein remains the highest-ranked bowler in the format.
