Lahore, April 30, 2025: In response to the escalating tensions following the Pahalgam incident, the Pakistan Army conducted large-scale military exercises across several regions of the country on Wednesday, showcasing its heightened state of readiness.

According to sources, the drills involved the active participation of tanks, artillery units, infantry, and a wide range of modern weaponry, both small and large. The exercises were held in key border areas including Sialkot, Narowal, Zafarwal, Shakargarh, and surrounding zones, where forces practiced coordinated maneuvers and combat strategies.

The exercises were aimed at reinforcing the army’s operational preparedness in the face of potential aggression. Sources said the drills reflected the resolve of the Pakistan Army to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Military officials emphasized that the soldiers remain fully committed and ready to make any sacrifice necessary for the defence of the homeland.
