ISLAMABAD, August 29, 2025: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a new duty roster of judges following the summer break, approved by Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar.

According to the roster, nine judges will hear cases in single benches while five division benches will also function during the coming week. Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan have not been included in single benches, and their pending single bench cases have been transferred to other judges. However, a division bench comprising Justice Sattar and Justice Khan has been constituted to hear tax-related cases.

The high-profile Dr. Aafia Siddiqui case, which was earlier before Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, has now been transferred to Justice Inam Amin Minhas. Justice Khan had recently issued contempt notices to the Prime Minister and the federal cabinet, directing them to submit replies by September 1.
