Islamabad, October 13,2024- The arrival of foreign delegations has begun for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. According to airport sources, the arrival of foreign delegations has started for participation in the SCO summit. In this regard, a 4-member official Indian delegation has arrived in Pakistan. Sources have also reported that a 76-member Russian delegation and a 15-member Chinese delegation have arrived in Islamabad to attend the summit.
Additionally, sources have mentioned that a 4-member delegation from Kyrgyzstan and a 2-member delegation from Iran have also reached Islamabad. Seven representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization have also arrived in Pakistan. It is worth noting that the SCO summit will be held in Islamabad from October 15 to 16, with around 200 delegations from various countries expected to participate.
