Bangkok, January 8, 2026: Pakistan’s Ambassador to Thailand, Rukhsana Afzaal, on Thursday met with Mr. Nirat Yoopakdee, Chairman of the Thai Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, to discuss enhancing parliamentary cooperation and advancing bilateral relations.
The meeting was also attended by Senators Angkhana Neelopalitit, Lae Dildzvidhayarat, Pornchai Witayalerdpan, and Parinya Wongcherdkwan. Discussions focused on key areas of collaboration, including trade, investment, education, and tourism, while also addressing regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The engagement highlighted both countries’ commitment to deepening ties through dialogue and shared initiatives across multiple sectors.
