Port Louis, January 27,2026: Mr. Bashir Nuckchady, Member of the Executive Board of the Islamic Cultural Centre (ICC), called on Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Mauritius, Syed Zahid Raza.
During the meeting, the High Commissioner appreciated the Islamic Cultural Centre’s role in promoting cultural activities and effectively organizing Hajj operations. Both sides noted the longstanding cooperation between the ICC and the Pakistan High Commission.
The discussions also explored avenues for launching new initiatives and activities aimed at further strengthening bilateral collaboration and enhancing people-to-people and cultural ties between the two institutions.
