Pak-Egypt FMs discuss bilateral and regional issues

Islamabad, February 13, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Egypt’s Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty to discuss bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest.

During the call, Dar congratulated Abdelatty on continuing in his role following Egypt’s recent cabinet reshuffle and conveyed his best wishes for his success.

Both leaders exchanged views on strengthening ties between Pakistan and Egypt, while also discussing key regional and international developments.

Officials described the interaction as part of ongoing diplomatic engagement aimed at enhancing cooperation and maintaining close coordination on shared priorities.
