Chinese embassy condemns Quetta terrorist attack, reaffirms support for Pakistan

Islamabad, May 24, 2026: The Embassy of China in Pakistan strongly condemned the terrorist attack near Chaman Phatak in Quetta, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of innocent lives.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Chinese Embassy extended its heartfelt condolences to the victims of the attack and conveyed sincere sympathies to the bereaved families. It also wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the blast.

“We firmly oppose any form of terrorism and will, as always, firmly support Pakistan in combating terrorism and protecting the safety of the people,” the statement said.

The embassy further reaffirmed China’s solidarity with the people of Pakistan, stating, “We stand firmly with our Pakistani brothers and sisters at this moment.”
