Islamabad, May 24, 2026: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq strongly condemned the tragic explosion near Chaman Railway Crossing in Quetta, which claimed the lives of innocent people and left several others injured.

Expressing profound grief and sorrow over the incident, the NA Speaker extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and conveyed his deepest sympathies to those affected by the tragedy.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said the entire nation stands united with the victims’ families in this difficult time and reaffirmed solidarity with them in the face of immense grief.

He described the targeting of innocent civilians as a shameful and cowardly act that contradicts the principles of humanity and the teachings of all religions.

The Speaker reiterated that such heinous acts of terrorism cannot weaken the nation’s resolve, adding that Pakistan remains firmly committed to peace, stability, and the complete eradication of terrorism from the country.

He further emphasized that the nation would continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Armed Forces in efforts to eliminate terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

Speaker Ayaz Sadiq also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the departed souls, the speedy recovery of the injured, and strength and patience for the bereaved families to bear the irreparable loss.
