Rawalpindi, May 24, 2026: Security Forces have killed 11 militants belonging to the Indian-sponsored “Fitna-al-Khwarij” during multiple intelligence-based operations conducted in the general area of Datta Khel in North Waziristan District over the past 48 hours, according to the military’s media wing, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The ISPR stated that the operations were carried out as part of an ongoing series of intelligence-based actions targeting militant hideouts in the region.

“Following intense and fierce exchanges of fire, eleven khwarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Khwarij were effectively neutralized,” the statement said.

Security forces also recovered weapons and ammunition from the slain militants, who, according to the ISPR, had been actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area.

The military’s media wing said sanitization operations were continuing to eliminate any remaining militants hiding in the area.

It added that Pakistan’s Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies would continue the counterterrorism campaign under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, to eradicate what it described as foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
