Islamabad, May 25,2026: President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, has strongly condemned the recent suicide terrorist attack on a passenger train in Pakistan’s Balochistan province, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of lives and injuries caused by the incident.

In a message addressed to President Asif Ali Zardari, the Tajik president said the tragic news of the attack had caused “immense grief and sorrow.”

President Rahmon strongly condemned the “horrific terrorist act” and reiterated Tajikistan’s consistent opposition to all forms of terrorism, emphasizing the need for an unwavering global struggle against the menace.

“I express my heartfelt condolences and sympathy to You, the friendly and brotherly people of Pakistan, and to the relatives and close ones of the martyrs,” the message stated.

He also prayed for mercy and forgiveness for those who lost their lives and wished a full recovery to the injured and affected victims.
