Bishkek, September 1, 2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a pull-aside meeting with Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of State meeting in Bishkek on Tuesday.
The two foreign ministers exchanged views on bilateral relations and regional developments of mutual interest.
They reaffirmed the close and brotherly ties between Pakistan and Tajikistan and expressed commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation.
The interaction was part of Pakistan’s diplomatic engagements on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Bishkek.
