Islamabad, September 18,2026: Ambassador of Russia to Pakistan Albert P. Khorev met with Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan and member of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with the Russian Federation, Sehar Kamran.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the global and regional political and economic situation, as well as opportunities to further strengthen Russia-Pakistan bilateral relations.
Ambassador Khorev welcomed Ms. Kamran’s constructive approach towards strengthening inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries.
Sehar Kamran expressed interest in participating in major multilateral events held in Russia, highlighting the importance of continued parliamentary engagement and exchanges.
Both sides reaffirmed their interest in further expanding cooperation and strengthening relations between Pakistan and Russia.
