Islamabad, September 23, 2026: The Pakistan International Human Rights Organisation (PIHRO) welcomed Senior Scout Sardar Mohammed Azhar Dogar to its office, where the participants discussed the role of scouting in youth development and community service.
During the meeting, the participants highlighted the importance of scouting in promoting discipline, leadership, teamwork and community service, as well as fostering a spirit of helping others.
PIHRO appreciated Dogar’s visit and the meaningful exchange of ideas on empowering young people and promoting humanitarian values in society.
