Lahore, October 2,2026: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday held a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Syed Abbas Araghchi and conveyed his heartfelt condolences over the death of his sister.
The prime minister expressed his deepest sympathies to Foreign Minister Araghchi and his family and prayed for the departed soul.
He prayed that Allah Almighty may grant her eternal peace and give strength and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
Foreign Minister Araghchi thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his kind and thoughtful gesture and for sharing in his grief during the difficult time.
