Islamabad, November 2,2026: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a bilateral meeting with Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, in Islamabad on Monday to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral relations.
During the meeting, Minister Liu conveyed greetings from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, which Senator Ishaq Dar warmly reciprocated. The Deputy Prime Minister also conveyed warm greetings to Chinese President Xi Jinping on behalf of Pakistan’s leadership.
Senator Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s continued commitment to further strengthening the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership with China.
The two sides also discussed ways to enhance cultural ties and promote people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.
Both leaders expressed their resolve to maintain close coordination and sustain the positive momentum in bilateral relations.
