Islamabad, November 6,2026: Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) has completed preparatory arrangements for recruitment against vacant administrative and project-related positions under its Balochistan Initiative, aimed at strengthening welfare programmes and improving service delivery in the province.

In line with the vision and directions of the prime minister, PBM has formally constituted departmental selection boards and committees and finalised the prescribed recruitment criteria and advertisement process.

The vacancies will include administrative positions such as Assistant Private Secretary, Office Assistant, Junior Clerk, Dispatch Rider, Accounts/Audit Assistant, Hardware Engineer and Data Entry Operator.

Recruitment will also cover project-related positions in Schools for Rehabilitation of Child Labourers (SRCLs) and Women Empowerment Centres (WECs), including Project In-charge, Teacher In-charge, Field Assistant, Instructor, Teacher, Accounts Assistant and Computer Instructor.

The recruitment process is expected to commence shortly in accordance with the prescribed rules and criteria.

Managing Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Senator Captain Shaheen Khalid Butt reiterated the organisation’s commitment to ensuring a transparent, fair and merit-based selection process, providing equal opportunities to all eligible candidates.

PBM’s Human Resource Department has completed the necessary administrative and procedural arrangements to facilitate recruitment and ensure the selection of competent candidates.

The initiative reflects PBM’s efforts to translate the prime minister’s vision into practical measures for social welfare, institutional strengthening, employment generation and improved service delivery in Balochistan.
