Mohmand, September 7, 2024 – Pakistan’s security forces successfully foiled a suicide attack on the Frontier Corps (FC) Headquarters in Mohmand district, killing four suicide bombers, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) told on Saturday.

According to the ISPR, the assailants attempted to breach the camp in the early hours of Friday but were intercepted and eliminated before they could cause any harm. “All four attackers were neutralized by security personnel, preventing any potential damage,” the statement said. A sweeping clearance operation is underway to ensure there are no remaining threats in the area. The military reaffirmed its dedication to eradicating terrorism and maintaining the nation’s security.
