Dubai, February 11, 2025: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held discussions on Tuesday, focusing on strengthening bilateral cooperation across various sectors. The meeting explored opportunities to enhance ties in ways that serve the mutual interests of both nations.

President Sheikh Mohamed warmly welcomed Prime Minister Shehbaz, who is on a working visit to the UAE to participate in the World Governments Summit 2025 in Dubai, held under the theme ‘Shaping Future Governments.’

The discussions, which took place at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, centered on economic, trade, and development partnerships, aligning with the shared vision of both countries for sustainable economic growth and prosperity. The leaders also emphasized the significance of the World Governments Summit in identifying global governance trends and implementing strategies to enhance governmental preparedness for global challenges.

Both sides exchanged views on regional and international developments, particularly focusing on the Middle East.
