Minsk, April 10, 2025: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif arrived in the Republic of Belarus on Thursday for a two-day official visit, scheduled from April 10 to 11, at the invitation of President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
Upon arrival in Minsk, the Prime Minister was warmly received by Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, along with senior officials and members of the Pakistani embassy.
Prime Minister Shehbaz is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi.
During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz is set to hold talks with President Lukashenko to review bilateral relations and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation across various sectors. The two sides are expected to sign multiple agreements aimed at strengthening economic, political, and cultural ties.
The visit reflects the growing partnership between Pakistan and Belarus and underscores both countries’ commitment to deepening bilateral engagement.
