Lahore, April 6, 2025: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif are expected to travel to London next week, sources close to the Sharif family confirmed on Sunday.

According to insiders, Nawaz Sharif will undergo a routine medical check-up during the visit, which is expected to last approximately two weeks. However, the trip will not be limited to personal matters, as key political engagements are also on the agenda.

During his stay, the PML-N leader is expected to address the party’s overseas convention in London, where a large gathering of party workers from across Europe and other regions is anticipated.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is also likely to accompany her father, according to party sources, adding further significance to the visit.

Sources further revealed that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to join the Sharif family in London after concluding his upcoming official visit to Belarus.

In addition to the convention, several important meetings involving senior members of the Sharif family and the party’s leadership are reportedly scheduled to take place during their time in London.
