Islamabad, September 15, 2024- Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed the nation’s unwavering commitment to democracy, constitutionalism, the rule of law, and human rights in his message for International Day of Democracy.
The Prime Minister emphasized that democracy is a fundamental pillar of human society.
“Our government’s commitment to democracy, constitutional principles, the rule of law, and human rights is resolute. Upholding these democratic values is our national duty,” he said.
He also stressed the importance of continuing efforts to create a more inclusive, just, and equitable world for everyone.
“Together, we can strengthen democracy’s foundation, ensuring it remains a beacon of hope and progress for future generations,” he concluded.
