Islamabad, May 1, 2025: The Faizan Global Relief Foundation (FGRF), the charitable wing of Dawat-e-Islami, has achieved a significant milestone in its ongoing humanitarian mission to support the people of Gaza amid the deepening crisis.

Speaking to Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), Syed Fuzail Raza Attari, head of FGRF’s UK chapter, shared that the foundation has provided a wide range of critical aid to thousands of families affected by the conflict and destruction in the region.

The relief efforts, aimed at addressing the dire needs of Gaza’s civilian population, include the distribution of 5.1 million litres of clean drinking water, 350,000 cooked hot meals, 70,000 food packs, 100,000 kilograms of flour, tent housing for 300 families, infant milk and diapers for 5,000 families, 75,000 loaves of fresh bread, cakes for 25,000 children, 1,500 blankets and 1,000 mattresses, 5,000 hygiene kits, 5,000 vegetable baskets, cash assistance to 5,000 families, 1,000 hijabs, medicines for 1,000 families and 20,000 items of warm clothing and winter supplies.

In addition to life-saving aid, FGRF teams have been engaged in clearing over 100,000 square meters of rubble, supporting local efforts to restore some normalcy in the devastated urban landscape.

Fuzail Raza confirmed that eight containers loaded with essential supplies have been successfully dispatched to Gaza, ensuring aid reaches the most vulnerable communities. The foundation continues to strengthen its ground support network, bringing relief and hope to those facing severe hardship.

“Our efforts in Gaza reflect our commitment to serving humanity,” said Fuzail Raza. “We remain dedicated to delivering not only aid but also compassion and hope to those who need it most.”

The FGRF’s large-scale relief operation has been widely recognized as a symbol of global solidarity and enduring compassion, standing firm in the face of one of the worst humanitarian crises in recent memory.
