CDA Hospital- Chairman praises merit-based hiring, commitment to healthcare excellence

Islamabad, May 13, 2025: Capital Hospital Islamabad successfully concluded its Second Obesity and Robotic Surgery Week with a ceremony attended by Chairman CDA and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, who served as the chief guest.

In his address, Randhawa commended the CDA’s merit-based recruitment of doctors, describing it as not only a point of pride for the authority but a key step toward ensuring quality and standard in patient care. He credited the initiative to the leadership of Member Administration Talat Mahmood and his team, noting their efforts in enhancing healthcare standards.

The ceremony was also attended by Member Engineering Nafasat Raza, while Executive Director Dr. Muhammad Naeem Taj and his team were lauded for successfully organizing the week-long event featuring state-of-the-art obesity and robotic surgery procedures.

Chairman Randhawa specifically acknowledged the vital role of the nursing staff, recognizing their dedication as fundamental to the event’s success and to the hospital’s overall service excellence.

Looking forward, the CDA leadership reiterated its full support for Capital Hospital’s ongoing initiatives, pledging to advance healthcare delivery in alignment with national and international standards through a collaborative and progressive approach.
