Forces operations in Waziristan: 12 Terrorists Killed, 6 Soldiers Martyred

Islamabad, September 20,2024-Security forces conducted an operation in the North and South Waziristan districts, eliminating 12 terrorists. During an exchange of fire with the terrorists, 6 soldiers of the Pakistan Army were martyred.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), clashes took place between security forces and terrorists in North and South Waziristan, resulting in the killing of 12 terrorists.

The ISPR stated that on September 19, a group of 7 terrorists attempted to infiltrate the border. Security forces cornered the infiltrators in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan. During a fierce gunfight, 6 brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army fought heroically and were martyred.

A large cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered from the killed terrorists, as reported by the ISPR.
