Yangon, Myanmar, June 9, 2025: Pakistan will take on Myanmar in a crucial AFC Asian Cup 2027 qualifying match on Tuesday, the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) confirmed on Sunday.
The national team arrived in Yangon via a private airline and is scheduled to hold a training session on Monday ahead of the clash. The match will kick off at 3:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time at Thuwana Stadium.
Pakistan, under the guidance of head coach Stephen Constantine, is aiming to bounce back after a 2–0 loss to Syria in their opening qualifier in March. The match against Myanmar presents a key opportunity for Pakistan to secure its first points in the campaign.
Placed in Group E, Pakistan is competing against Myanmar, Afghanistan, and Syria for a spot in the prestigious 2027 tournament.
