Lahore, November 14,2025: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has completed the independent valuation process for Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises and other commercial assets, marking a major milestone as the league prepares for its next phase of expansion.

Following the valuation exercise, the PCB has issued renewal offer letters to all compliant PSL franchises, outlining the revised franchise fees for the upcoming 10-year cycle. Franchises have been asked to submit their responses within the given deadline.

To ensure full transparency, the PCB has arranged both joint and individual meetings between franchise representatives and the independent valuer, EY MENA. These meetings will allow stakeholders to review the valuation methodology in detail and directly address any concerns or questions with the evaluators.

The board has also received valuation reports for two new PSL teams, with the tender process for their sale set to begin shortly. Interested bidders will be able to choose from the following shortlisted city names:

  • Hyderabad
  • Sialkot
  • Muzaffarabad
  • Faisalabad
  • Gilgit
  • Rawalpindi

Reaffirming its commitment to a fair and transparent process, the PCB said it aims to further strengthen its long-standing partnership with PSL stakeholders, while highlighting the league’s significant contribution to the growth and global visibility of Pakistan cricket.

Earlier, PSL Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer confirmed during a press conference at the National Bank Stadium that an auction will be held for two new franchises in the league’s 11th edition.

“An auction will be held for two new PSL franchises. Bidding parties will be given a pool of city names from which they can select one team,” Naseer said.
