Lahore, November 19, 2025: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released an updated list of No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for national players participating in upcoming international cricket leagues.

According to the PCB, several top and emerging cricketers have been cleared to take part in the Abu Dhabi T10 League and the ILT20 League.

For the Abu Dhabi T10 League, NOCs have been issued to Fakhar Zaman, Hassan Nawaz, Naseem Shah, Iftikhar Ahmed, Khawaja Nafay, Asif Ali, and Salman Irshad, with permissions valid until November 25.

Meanwhile, three players have been granted NOCs to join the ILT20 League, scheduled from December 2 to January 4, along with franchise commitments for Zaman Khan, Abbas Afridi, Irfan Khan, Azam Khan, and Shahnawaz Dhani.

The PCB also noted that leading national players, including Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf, and Hassan Ali, had already received NOCs prior to the latest update.

The board emphasized that the updated NOC list aims to provide clarity for franchises and ensure that players can meet both international and domestic commitments smoothly.
