Islamabad, November 24,2025: The District Administration Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), in collaboration with the Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) and the Excise and Taxation Department, has established a special M-Tag installation counter at the Islamabad Press Club to facilitate journalists, officials said on Monday.

According to the administration, all journalists have been requested to visit the Press Club to get M-Tags installed on their vehicles in a timely manner.

To further ease public access, an additional M-Tag installation counter has been set up at Parade Ground. The Director Excise and Taxation, ICT, is personally inspecting all M-Tag centres across the city to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Authorities have advised the general public to prefer the Parade Ground counter, noting heavy rush and long queues at the Kachnar Park, I-8 installation point.
