Islamabad, December 24,2025: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Friday chaired a regular consultative meeting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to review recent diplomatic engagements and ongoing foreign policy initiatives.
During the meeting, Foreign Secretary Ambassador Amna Baloch, along with senior officials of the Ministry, briefed the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister on key developments in Pakistan’s diplomatic outreach and foreign policy priorities.
Senator Ishaq Dar stressed the importance of advancing key policy initiatives aimed at safeguarding and promoting Pakistan’s strategic and economic interests. He also underscored the need for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to adopt best international practices in serving the Pakistani diaspora and further improving the efficiency of consular services to better facilitate overseas Pakistanis.
