Ayaz Sadiq expresses deep grief over the tragic demise of renowned mountaineer, Shah Daulat

Islamabad, February 8, 2026: Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the tragic death of renowned young Pakistani mountaineer Shah Daulat, who lost his life after falling during ice climbing in Hunza.

In his condolence message, Speaker NA extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family of the deceased. He paid rich tribute to the courage, dedication, and remarkable achievements of Shah Daulat, stating that his untimely demise is an irreparable loss for the country and the mountaineering community.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Shah Daulat brought immense pride to Pakistan by successfully scaling the world’s highest peaks, including K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum-I and Gasherbrum-II, and by earning international recognition for his extraordinary talent and resilience. He added that Shah Daulat’s passion, bravery, and contributions to mountaineering will always be remembered, and his legacy will continue to inspire generations of young climbers.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq prayed to Allah Almighty to grant the departed soul a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and to bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved family to bear this tragic loss.
