Welcoming the visiting parliamentarian, Shaista Pervaiz highlighted the deep-rooted historical, cultural, and religious bonds between the two nations, noting that Pakistan and Türkiye share common values, mutual trust, and a longstanding tradition of solidarity.

The meeting focused on strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation and expanding people-to-people ties, particularly in youth engagement, education, cultural exchange, and technological collaboration.
