Islamabad, February 21,2026: Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has paid rich tribute to the security forces for their professionalism, courage, and timely action in a successful operation against Indian-backed Kharijite terrorists in Bannu.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq commended the security forces for eliminating five terrorists and thwarting the nefarious designs of a suicide bomber, terming their performance commendable and a matter of national pride.

Paying homage to Lieutenant Colonel Shahzada Gul Faraz and Sepoy Karamat Shah, who embraced martyrdom during the operation, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stated that the brave sons of the soil laid down their lives in defense of the motherland, bringing great honor to the nation.

Expressing heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the families of the martyrs, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the entire nation stands with them in their grief. He reaffirmed that the nation will always remember the supreme sacrifices of its brave soldiers.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stated that operations against terrorists, including intelligence-based operations, will continue until the complete elimination of terrorism from the country. He reiterated that the Pakistani nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its security forces in this national struggle against terrorism.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq prayed to Allah Almighty for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks in Jannah and for granting patience and fortitude to their bereaved families.
